Two thumbs up app!

Smooth UI and easy messaging system. I use it in place of texting passwords to family and friends.

iOS app is reliable and easy-to-use (although the Mac version wont let me send messages once in a while). I wish there were more details on how end-to-end encryption is handled, though. Do private keys never leave the device? If I have multiple devices, will Confide app on the other end encrypt messages with each of my devices public key? It would be nice to see some proof so we can trust the facts in addition to the good faith of the company (hopefully).

There is no reason this company should need your name and other personal information to run this app. They are obviously up to no good.

Great app

Very useful and easy to use. The only thing missing is native iPad support. I asked the developer if they planned to support the iPad, and the answer was no iPad support was planned.

Thoughtfully designed private messaging App that is immensely helpful in the workplace. When you need confidential messaging and you cant rely on in-person conversations, try Confide.

Beware: this version is a regression that REMOVES features for users (specifically "unsend") and places them in a paid tier. Worse, it appears that this is the new trajectory for Confide — removing features instead of adding legitimate incentives to upgrade. Im abandoning ship now. I cant recommend this app to the people I want to communicate with in good conscience.

Please release a version that I can use on an iPad Pro. iPhone version works just fine.

The problem is you cant send videos or files that arent pic type files. Besides that its amazing.
