False advertisement…there is NO free level…7 day trial then pay, no thanks

According to app it should work on my device. Unable to use after last update. App continues to spin no matter what device I use. Deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn’t take care of the issue. Please assist. No helpful response yet. Might need a new update. Awesome app when it works

Used to be good when they didn’t charge that ridiculous amount they do now!

At first i thought it was too good to be true, a free app where its screenshot proof, and messages delete and where you can be anonymous. I used it and tested every part everything works, its legit i feel so safe here im able to say anything i want without worrying about it getting leaked or exposed

The phone app was updated to a new look…since then it has been a cludgy interface, slow responsiveness, and delayed messages by several minutes. Further, the Mac desktop app has stopped working (yes, on every model we have here) and multiple emails to support have gone unanswered. At one point we were seriously considering purchasing the subscription, but in light of recent developments, there is no way we can trust this company anymore.

Won’t allow me to use my phone number. Says it’s an invalid number and it absolutely isn’t. Just an ordinary US based iPhone number, but nope.

All the features work as described.

No trust. Limited FAQ. Reached out to support but they didn’t get back. I don’t trust it.

App works well as intended. Have had issues getting into my account after switching phones and Support has ignored me.

Nice features and it's very simple but it's not free anymore but it's worth it the application is really for anyone who wants privacy with text messages .

Nowhere I could find it clearly mentioned that both people need to have the app installed. In the full app, that is kinda clear, but this iMessage app does not make that clear. @Devs - please update the about text to make it clear both parties must have app installed.

Been using it for years. It is the best out there. Better than what’s app that works with the government.

Way too many glitches! I don’t what’s about it but the app is not smooth, at least one or two glitches a day; too bad it’s the only thing on the market otherwise I would’ve ditched it a long time ago

We’ve used this app with my partner for years now without much issue, but for the past month or two we’ve been having issues with the app closing out when trying to open messages. It seems to have problems with images, and I’ve only been able to clear it out going into the desktop app, but even that doesn’t seem surefire, as it may be OS-specific.

For three days. I am a premium member and cannot get technical support. I have communicated the problem and still no one has gotten back to me.

When I type in the term ‘free’, I expect to find apps that are free of charge but apparently ‘free’ is an abstract theory to you. Either that or you’re just stupid.

That says it all. Waiting 2 weeks for a reply to a number of logical questions. Don’t waste your money, get your hopes up, or expect a product as described. APPLE TAKE NOTE: GET THIS OFF THE APP STORE.

makes you pay for things every other app gives you free

Not being able to send lots of photos freely to my friends is a terrible feature and should be a basic free feature!

Wish it was not tied to your apple id even but security breachs are expected everywhere in todays world clean layout and seems useful

sending a message now takes 5 to 6 clicks and swipes. reading messages leaves us swiping blindly to get out. please keep up with ios updates.

I have used every single private chat app that I have found for iOS. This is definitely the best/most secure you can use. The only weaknesses this app has are due to things that the app/developers cannot control or change. It doesn't get better than this.

This new update takes away control from sender .. pre this update .. one could see their message before it was read by the Recipient, and also one could make a screen shot of their own message .. now all of that is gone ! One is not even made knows when the other party reads the message.. The element of secrecy has trumped control by sender ! This makes no sense ! Not enjoying this ap any more!!

This would be way better if you could send videos longer than 30 seconds. Also, you can screenshot the messages sent with iMessage so that’s not too helpful

I don’t like that is let’s the person you are sending the text message to know that it’s cryptic with a huge header! Then they can’t open it unless they get the app🤦🏽‍♀️

It renews automatically without telling you. I’ve been paying for 3 years for an app I don’t use. Do not recommend.

This is a great little app for those wanting a simple, easy to use and secure way to talk and keep in touch with others.

I’m only writing cause the app keeps asking me to. The app is good but I have had a couple issues in the past and every time the costumer service is horrible. That is with the paid version, which I don’t currently have.

I vouch for this app so much there’s nothing like it
